Free UK delivery on every order, dispatch within 48 hours and 30 days to return.

Delivery

Set01 racquets are on pre-order and are dispatched within 4–5 weeks of your order; see our terms of sale for pre-order details.

Delivery within the UK is free on all orders, whatever the value. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.

All orders are sent tracked. We’ll email you a tracking number when your order is dispatched. A signature is required on delivery.

• UK standard tracked: free, 2–3 working days from dispatch
• International: worldwide, with shipping costs calculated at checkout
• Import duties and taxes: for international orders, these are the responsibility of the customer

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return the order for a full refund. We cover the cost of return postage.

To be eligible for a refund, the racquet must be unused and returned in the original protective film. If the racquet has been played, please see the warranty section below.

This returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and does not replace that right.

How to return an item

1. Email contact@corsairpadel.com with your order number.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid returns label, usually the same day.
3. Repack the racquet and attach the label.
4. We’ll refund your original payment method within five working days of receiving the return.

Warranty

All Corsair racquets come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by impact with walls, the floor or another player, or normal wear to the surface and grip over time.

If your racquet is damaged in play, email us with your order number and photographs. It falls outside the warranty, but we’ll assess it and make you a special offer on your next order. T&Cs apply. This offer is at Corsair’s discretion, is valid until 30 June 2027 and may change at any time without prior notice. Please check this page for the latest.

To make a warranty claim, email us with your order number and photographs of the fault.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this warranty.
