Terms of sale

These terms apply to all orders placed through this website. Please read them before ordering.

1. About us

This website is operated by ARQ Sport Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17538057, with a registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We trade as Corsair.

2. Your order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. A contract between us is formed at that point, not when you check out.

We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if a price has been listed incorrectly, or if your payment is not authorised.

Set01 racquets are offered on pre-order. Payment is taken when you place a pre-order. We will dispatch it within 4–5 weeks of your order. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If we cannot dispatch within that time, we will tell you by email. You may then choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.

Our racquets are produced in limited series. Once a series has sold out, we may not be able to supply that item again at the same specification.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. UK delivery is included in the price. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Payment is processed by Shopify. Your card details are entered on their secure checkout page and are held by them. We do not see or store them.

4. Delivery

We dispatch UK orders within 48 hours, except pre-orders, which are dispatched within the time given when you order (4–5 weeks for Set01). Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are set out in our delivery and returns policy.

5. Cancellation and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order, for any reason. We extend this to 30 days and cover the cost of return postage.

To be eligible for a refund the racquet must be unused and returned in the original protective film. We will refund your original payment method within five working days of receiving the return.

6. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Our 12-month warranty applies in addition to these rights, not instead of them.

7. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the goods.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
